Thanks. I already take 3 mg of Klonopin at night. I am down from 4 mg. I started at .25 mg over 10 years ago and just needed more and more. It was for sleep and not anxiety.
Maybe I should take it in the day instead of at night. It doesn't make me sleepy anymore, but maybe it will at least calm me and my body will get its fix.
