Fighting Lithium Weight Gain.....

My appetite has become completely insatiable. I've been on 1200mg, and am hoping the Trileptal will allow me to come down on this dosage. So far I've only put on about 5-7 pounds, but I only see it increasing. Has anybody found some ways to deal with this? My cravings are by far the worst right before bedtime late at night. Especially for carbs.
Any tips?
