Sorry, I can't help you out re Minnesota but have been to some NAMI support groups in the SW US area. They have a family-to-family class that's free and worth taking. Partly it was just nice to talk to people who understood some of the issues family members deal with. In some groups there were patients who were also well enough to essentially function and attend. Look online to find the nearest chapter and call or email them to verify time and location. The group was small but they made a point to be friendly.

> Has anyone ever gone to a NAMI Anxiety support group in minnesota, I am thinking of attending one. I'm looking for some feed back from anyone who has been to one. Any info would be helpfull.
