I'm on half of what you are taking. The nausea went away after a couple of weeks. It is the mood stabiliser I have been on in terms of side effects. I hope it helps you. The nauseous will go away. I know this sounds silly, but try sprinkling some salk on your hand and lick it off. It helps with the nausea and trileptal lowers sodium levels in your body.
