Glycine

Thought I would mention this. Glycine, I'm also taking which does a great job of lowering blood sugar. Only thing is it does not much for weight. I'm hoping the Metformin will help with this. Starting 500mg metformin with breakfast. After 2 weeks take the other 500mg with supper. I took the first dose this morning and not adverse effects what so ever. The glycine I'm taking about 7.5grams 4 times a day, with meal. Glycine is otc and has only side effect of calming and mildly sedating.
