Baby Bunny I did well for years on 2mg of short acting xanax have you thought about valium long half-life and no breakthrough axiety for me. You can take it once a day like I do or take a smaller doesage a couple of time a day. I take mine all at night as I am kind of doing CBT with a PHD who specializeds in anxiety.
