Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm looking for a new sleeping pill, because Nardil is giving me terrible insomnia.
Lunesta and Benadryl did nothing for me. Ambien caused me to hallucinate and sleep walk. Currently I'm using Seroquel, which is great for falling asleep, but I always wake up 2-3 hours later, and have trouble going back to sleep.

Are their any other good options for sleeping that I haven't tried yet?
I'd prefer not to use a benzo, and remember, I'm on an MAOI, so their are many drugs that I can't use.
