There have been several reports of people here having antidepressant reactions to Seroquel.

More pertinent to me, a friend who suffers from bipolar depression reported a definite antidepressant effect from a low dose of Seroquel used as a hypnotic (25 mg). The effect, she reported, was much stronger than that of trazodone, which is officially an 'antidepressant.'
