Have your Dr's mentioned this as a possibility?
Ask them. Ask them about stopping abilify temporarily.
I think if you have NMS the first thing is to stop any med that could be causing it.
A four week fever with no infection to be found is reason to think about meds causing it.

Talk to the Dr.s.
Do you have anyone that can help advocate for you?
