Sentience...good to know plasma level,my researcher MD said to take the whole dose at night, same as you 45 mg...Perhaps I will try to take in am as you are doing.
GI/ 2 things might help...as sentienceadvises and to add a mild stimulant or as I have done, add wellbutrin in the daytime. Countrainidcated but recommended by certian experts along with other mild doses of stims, including d-amphetamine or Ritalin or modafinil, with careful monitoring of the BP.
