EMSAM Patch: Time of Day

What time of day do you put on a fresh EMSAM patch? I do it when I shower in the morning, because that seemed the most convenient way to clean off any residue from the old patch and clean the area for the new patch.

But increasingly I find I'm fatigued for a few hours after applying a patch. Later I feel more activated. So I'm thinking that maybe changing patches at bedtime makes more sense.

Do others notice a period of fatigue or energy immediately after putting on a fresh patch?
