The psychosis and delusions are SOME of the things that differientiate BP I and II.

Why do you think you might be BP I?

It's possible that you are BP I and just haven't had a full blown manic episdode.

But whether you are type 1 or 2, you better get on a mood stabiliser. Once you start cycling, it gets worse with each cycle.

The symptoms between bipolar I and II are so similar that I cannot figure out which one I have. So I ask these quesitons. Can someone have bipolar I, but without any hallucinations or delusions? Is the euphoria more intense with Bipolar I? Would having violent thoughts and images characterize Bipolar I better than Bipolar II?
