feeling of nausea-any guesses please?

I am on Venlafaxine,bupropion,clobazam,gabapentin and modafinil.I feel nausea for entire day.My stomach remains very upset and feel drowsiness throughout the day.Is there any guesses which of the above drug might be causing these problems? Thanks.
