Umm, I am anorexic, so diet is not my strong suit. I restrict to 250 calories a day.
Nothing is really happening from the trytophan except an upset stomach.
Since restricting caloric intake can cause depression, I thought the tryptophan might help because I am not getting in my diet.
Doom.
