BuSpar is usually thought to be ineffective for people used to benzos, but it might be worth trying. I once took 30mg/day to help ease benzo withdrawal and I felt nothing at all. Earlier this year I dug out the packet and took 5mg and, woof!!! It floored me like a dose of Seroquel! I don't really know why that happened, but it goes to show how reactions can vary even in the same person at different times.
