yeah, I think the zoloft may be helping my anxiety too? Actually, having more structure in my life is helping more than anything else, and a good reliable therapist to help me sort things out.
In the last 6 days, I've taken .25 mg, although my T points out that I *did* have a panic attack yesterday. hmmm. I think I should switch to xanax for emergency use only.
pdoc next week, I believe.
