Interesting.

I think it is funny that several classes of serotonin antagonists have antidepressant effect.

So far, I have read about AD effect of 5-ht2a/c antagoinsts, 5-ht3 antagonists, and now 5-ht4 antagonists.

If blocking all these serotonin receptors leads to improvement from depresson, how do SSRI's work?

Its messed up.
