Hi,
Well I could ask her to up the dose. It seems to be helping a little bit (on it's own) at 30mg. I did try putting it up to 40mg for a week or so (I Think) and it didn't seem to make much difference.
I feel a bit more relaxed on Buspar but at the same time I sort of feel tired all of the time too and sort of couldn't care less on it. Not really very alive still.
Hmmmm, I just never seem to feel right.
But glad that it seems to be helping you.
