Help with Seroquel Withdrawal

Hello.

My doc wants me to reduce my nightime seroquel from 300mg to 200mg as the dose seems to be "dulling" my mental thinking some. What should I expect with the withdrawal? My doc said I shouldn't notice much. My pharmacist says I may not feel much... or about a week of head aches, reduced sleep quality, and some anxiety.
