Here is a list of some I know of, but you may have tried some of them before, and some may or may not mix well with standard anticonvulsants.

- Omega-3 (some antimanic effect)
- Tarine
- Magnesium
- Melatonin
- Vitamin C
- Tryptophan or 5-htp (sometimes helps mania)
- Ginger Root
- Black Cohosh (anecdotal reports)
- Niacine
- Citrus Bioflavanoids
- Opiates (can help some dyphoric mania),
(usually don't help euphoric mania.)
- melatonin
- Oleic Acid
- Quercetin

Can't think of any others off the top of my head.
