This is a pretty important question I think. MAOIs are wonderful; there are also a lot of people with atypical depression who tend to display inflammatory disorders.

I too am wanting for the albuterol but scared of an interaction. I may repost the thread as a more generalized question about asthma options for MAOI users.

Withdrawing from selegiline provoked, in me, severe asthma. Withdrawal of the drug for having run out at the end of the month because 10% of patches fall off. MAOI inhibition remains for a while and albuterol could still be dangerous, so I was in some trouble for a while. L-amphetamine surely bronchodilates, tolerance developed and when selegiline that metabolized to it disappeared ...
