No, no one can in good faith answer you that in the affirmative. There have been fatal interactions between fluoxetine and MAOIs: combinations of SSRI and MAO-A can be a bad, bad thing. Considering that selegiline eventually inhibits more and more of MAO-A will consistent dosing, I'd be damn careful.

I wonder though if full MAOI doses of selegiline (e.g. by the patch) would work as well as prozac does for you.
