EFFEXOR XR VERSUS CYMBALTA

READ ALL THE PREVIOUS INFO ON THIS..IF DR BOB OR ANYONE KNOWS ANY INPUT..I HAVE BEEN ON EFFEXOR XR 37.5 OR SOMETIMES 75 MG FOR FIVE PLUS YEARS AND NOTICING A WEIGHT GAIN,DEPRESSION AND WANT TO SWITCH TO CYMBALTA...HOW CAN I DO THIS WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF SIDE EFFECTS AND WHAT DISEAGE OF CYMBALTA..I AM THINKING STARTING WITH 20 MG ?
