Concerta experiences

My pdoc has just prescribed Concerta to augment my AD (cipralex) to help with moderate ADD and some SSRI-induced apathy.
I was wondering if those who have used either Concerta or Ritalin could share their experiences with me. Does it help with apathy and motivation? Will I experience some initial anxiety/agitation when I start taking it?
Anything you have to offer would be much appreciated.
