Multiple antidepressants are my norm

I haven't been on just one medication in many years. It is always a combination of meds that I've been put on. I can tolerate 2 or 3 but beyond that it gets too complicated to manage all of the meds and it is difficult to know which med is doing which function so you just keep on all of them even if perhaps two are really working. It's too risky to decrease meds once you find something that works although I still believe lower doses are the key to targeting various neurotransmittors and keeping SE's to a minimum.
