First of all, are you male or female?
I tried Tianeptine last year (with approval of my shrink) and did feel a peculiar increase in sexual improvement. That is to say, my skin became increasingly sensitive during arousal. Also, the orgasm seemed to linger longer but would maybe be less intense because of it.
However, I quit Tianeptine because of the side effects. For me it definately increased my anxiety big time.
