Advice? Yes -- ask your doctor to contact the insurance company. Many doctors have a lot of experience with that -- calling for prior authorization for medications. It's a pain in the you-know-where, but those doctors that are willing to do it are usually experienced in doing it effectively.
If not, check http://www.needymeds.com/ to see if Cephalon has a patient assistance program you qualify for.
