>Have you ever heard of the "kindleing theory"? Your cycling will get worse over time an harder to treat if you don't take action now. Many bipolars can take an AD along with their mood stablizer, esp. if you are depression dominated. You need to start out at a low dose and from there, build up to a therapeutic response. This should be at a dose to keep the cycling at bay.
