Seroquel/Prozac combo?

I am wondering what brain chemicals are effected by low dose prozac and seroquel?
I'm hoping to try prozac again - we'll see if it bothers my bladder. And also some seroquel at night to sleep. Right now I am not sleeping and I am very depressed.
I also think that maybe the seroquel would act as a mood stabilizer to the prozac?
