Thanks for all the info.

I too believe the 'active' forms of vitamins are preferable. In fact I think ALL supplement manufacturers should replace the non-active forms with the active forms. For example, I want to add P-5-P to my supplement regime, but my multi alraedy contains 75mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride - I dont want to over-do B6, especially as there is (conflicting) evidence that too much B6 can cause peripheral neuropathy even at moderate doses (50mg).
