Hey it starts within an hr of taking it, so its deffenetely the dex causing it. it goes away after a few days of treatment, and only returns rarely.
Another contributing factor is ive had my tongue pierced in the same spot twice, maybe theres some nerve damage that only presents when i take amphetamine. thats the only thing i can think of.
