IMHO I think it is seroquel. I would stop it and see if it abates. Even at 25 mg I felt terrible on seroquel and at the time I didn't know it was akathisia. I could not stop my body from almost shaking and I wanted to tap my feet or run 10 miles, it was horrible.

I would go off it and try a beta blocker for a few days to help you relax.
