So you take 1 tablet a day?
It's not very long acting.
Perhaps you could try taking it first thing in the morning?
ATM I am splitting mine and taking one and a half or two a day.
I have never taken mine near bedtime. Normally my last dose is in the afternoon.
It's been sleep neutral for me (I think).
