How do you deal with LEXAPRO's tiredness?

if that makes sense, i just woke up.
I only take 5mg and when I wake up, I am so ready to go back to bed. It makes me soooooooooo tired all day long. I read about people taking 20mg up to 40mg. Doesn't it make you extremely, extremely, extremely tired all day long? I take 5mg before bed because it helps me sleep, a bit.
