Anyone have the article?Everyone reacts different to sleep aids but they all have in common a potential mood and grogginess effect depending on the person and what else they're taking. I'm fairly habituated to Valium so I can stay up right through 20mg of Ambien. But that's just my concerns.
Sonata I know though is a very weak agent of the three Im-not-a-benzo-but-I-sort-of-ams.
I have odd depressive and wierd afternights with Benadryl.
