Adderall XR and Prozac

Does anyone find taking adderall negatively impacts sexual performance? I only take 10mgs of XR 5 days a week and find my sex drive improving over the weekend. (still a bit down from the Prozac)
I also find adderall makes me a bit too content? I just feel like socializing and relaxing at work, when off adderrall I'm generally hyper and somewhat anti social and must complete every task under the sun. I guess at this point I wonder if I should continue?
BTW the addderall helps with my RLS too.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
