You could try adding a low dose of something known to cause weight gain, something that would go along with prozac nicely. Considering the ongoing anxiety issues, zyprexa would end that anxiety beginning immediately and would also start the process of weight gain immediately. Remeron is another possibility, though maybe not as strong or fast on anxiety. Weight gain, yes. I low dose of a tricyclic like nortriptyline usually has people complaining of weight gain.
When I stopped zyprexa I went from 150lbs to 125lbs in 3 months, eating more than ever. You want a weight gain monster, and an immediate anxiety crusher, then you might want to take a look at zyprexa. Not to mention it synergizes very well with prozac for depression, treatment resistant depression, and bipolar disorders.
