i am borderline ocd but stepped right over that line when i took luvox
i think you might try some behavioral moves
write realistic lists and cross things out as you go along
make sure that every night your surroundings are at least a little bit neater than they were when you got up
it's annoying as all out but little steps sometimes get the momentum going
