Hydroxyzine for sleep - TD concerns?

I was just looking into taking this for sleep purposes when I came across information that long-term use of this medication can lead to TD. Maybe that's why this isn't used more. Now I'm worried about using cetirizine (Zyrtec) because it's a metabolite of hydroxyzine.
