im going in 2 weeks. I think im going to talk about an antidepressant without causing anxiety.. Lithium, or Abilify maybe considered.

Anything to slow this brain down! non-narcotic eihter. Had my share with Lorazepam (Ativan) twice daily, 2mg, 2mg, just wasnt a good routine. But at that time anxiety was off the charts, i would look at something and stare because i couldnt move! too nervous.
