How Many People Have Quit a Med How Long and Why?

Some med fun hopefully. Since not everyone has good resonses to meds and horrific side effects at times how many have quit a med and why. Was it your decision or your docs or both? Just curious as I've always thought I was the only one. Thanks Phillipa oh and then how many went on to find one or a combo that works and well.
