A normal heart rate in the the 60-100 range. Lower towards 60 is better as long as you are not dizzy. Rates above 90 are not great, but many things can make a heart rate speed up such as fear, anxiety, pain, etc...anything that causes one to be uncomfortable. 80 is probably the most average for a healthy adult. Athletes often have rates below 60 and that is OK too since they have better blood flow and perfusion than non-athlete.

Why Prozac tends to lower your rate more than other meds is hard to determine although it may have a more sedative effect on you and the others may be more activating.

Either way, your rates are fine.
