That could be coming from a Vitamin B deficiency, which is common with Nardil, a different MAIO than EMSAM.
I would start taking B-6 and B-multicomplex to see if it takes that numbness away within a few days. There is lots of research on this if you go to google and put in "MAOI" and "Vitamini B"
