I was on 2.5mg as well....any higher level induced a depression. Had to say goodbye to this drug....the weight gain was brutal!

It's a high dose. Such a dose, in my experience, is alomost exclusively reserved for a serious psychotic disorder, often in an acute phase. You certainly would not want to remain too long on that sort of dose!
