I think the moclobomide studies are a great example of how divergent some of these studies can be in their conclusions (how does this happen?). 5 large D/B studies for moclobomide for SP (more than any other med) - 2 of them show NO efficacy, 2 of them show EXTREME (good) efficacy, and 1 shows modest efficacy.If i remember correctly, both of these very promising studies were performed in Brazil...
It's either that moclobemide is very efficient for brazilians due to a mysterious factor or that there something dirty went on... Bribery perhaps? Just a theory...
What's your opinions on this?
