No, it's for boosting the antidepressant effect of my current AD's. That's the thought, i.e. I have been using H2 blockers like ranitidine and famotidine(Pepcid, which I prefer) for acid reflux which I get sometimes from hypnotics, but not long term. I have never thought of ranitidine as a way of avoiding weight gain, I thought the problem was changes in the regulation of body fat. I will maybe give it a try as I'm gaining weight every day.
Have you taken Remeron with T3? If so, any difference in mood with the T3?
