I've never found anything to help with this except for stimulants (Provigil included). I've had this both with old and new versions of both drugs. This last time I was on Parnate was the generic, and the orthostatic hypotension was worse than I'd ever had it before.

Although its listed as not compatable, having used most of the common stimulants, provigal, ritalin, etc, some which put me in er,.....the safest and actualy most effective thing i found to work was a caffiene tab.
Vivarin, nodose, etc contain pure caffiene 250 mg no other active ingredients, and i use these easly with parnate.
