Correct phrase for ''brain zaps''?(electric head?)

I have read on here a phrase for the zaps that one feels in one's head when tapering off a med, especially an anti-depressant. But I cannot recall the correct/specific phrase that has been used for it - I know it's not "brain zaps" but that's the closest thing I could come up with related to what I'm asking about.

I'd greatly appreciate it if whoever here knows what I'm referring to could supply me with the correct/specific phrase. Thank you.
