Effexor/Cymbalta prostatitis

Effexor has made me feel the best of any of the ADs -- present, motivated, at ease -- but it resulted in prostatitis, and I ultimately had to go off it. Cymbalta resulted in symptoms that were leading to it. Has anyone found a regimen to counteract this side-effect? I'm taking beta-sisterol now and thought that might help but may need an Rx, too. Flomax perhaps?
