I'm also sensitive to heart reactions. I check my blood pressure and pulse using an OMRON automatic (cuff). I also take Toprol XL 25 or 50 mg if my pulse is racing. Toprol is a very good medication. I don't take Nardil, but I suggest that you investigate you measure your BP and pulse.
